In Tokyo, where businesses related to XR, Metaverse, AI, and other emerging technologies, as well as content-related companies, are concentrated, TOKYO DIGICONX is an exhibition that connects the strengths of each company, leading to the creation of new business opportunities and the expansion of sales channels.

Exhibitors from a wide range of industries, all centered around cutting-edge technologies, will gather at the event. We support exhibitors' success through affordable participation fees, comprehensive support services, strategic business matching opportunities, and pitch events. The exhibition will also be energized by promotional support from well-known official ambassadors, as well as a variety of engaging events and interactive experiences.

We welcome businesses handling various digital content such as XR, Metaverse, AI, WEB3, animation, video, games, music, and event planning and production.

Business matchmaking schemes

The event invites "buyers," mainly from leading companies, as well as other industry professionals to visit booths and engage in business negotiations. Matchmaking Concierges will be present at the venue, and in the early evening of the first day, a networking event will be held to provide exhibitors with an opportunity to connect with one another.

Affordable exhibition fee

Because the event is hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other partners, we are able to offer exhibition opportunities at an affordable price. Individual creators are welcome to exhibit, and we encourage first-time exhibitors to also consider participating, as we have a support system in place for those who are new to exhibiting at such events.

Pitch event and contest

During the exhibition, a pitch event will be held for exhibitors, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), small businesses, and individual entrepreneurs.
Prizes: Grand Prize - ¥1,000,000.
Second Prize - ¥500,000 / Special Award - ¥100,000.
Winners will be prominently featured in the official publicity of the exhibition.We encourage you to take this opportunity to promote your business and showcase your ideas.

Exhibitors from various sectors

Exhibitors who submit their application early will receive one option of their choice free of charge - either a wall panel, exhibition table or logo printing. Applicants may choose their booth location on a first-come first-served basis.

Extensive exhibitor support

Useful information on how exhibitors can brush up their exhibition skills ("How to utilize the business negotiation scheme," "How to better promote selling points at a physical booth," "How to create an online booth," "How to strike up a conversation with visitors" and so on) will be provided in the form of articles and seminars.

POINT.03

A wide varietv of events and experiences

We plan to attract many visitors by appointing an event ambassador and organizing various events, including business seminars by prominent figures, as well as music performances and XR and metaverse experiences that can be enjoyed by the general public, with the aim of fostering business development.

    We will be holding an Exhibitor Information Session for businesses considering participating in the exhibition. In this session, we will explain the benefits of exhibiting, key preparation tips, and opportunities for business matching.
    We will also address any questions or concerns you may have. Please take advantage of this opportunity to explore whether exhibiting is the right choice for your business.

Regarding the target exhibitors, "Small and medium-sized enterprises, sole proprietors (creators, etc.), organizations, etc. that are conducting business both domestically and overseas with a focus on Tokyo," is it possible for companies outside Tokyo or individuals who have not filed a business start-up notification to exhibit?

Based on last year's results, in addition to those involved in the XR and metaverse fields, people from a wide range of fields, including content-related fields, are expected to visit the exhibition.
